Refund PolicyIf you would like to return an item then please email us at email@example.com and we will get back to you within 24 hours with a shipping label.
Exchanges for store credit or for another item will not attract a shipping charge in Switzerland or Europe. For exchanges outside Switzerland and Europe please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
For customers in Switzerland and Europe the cost of the return shipping fee is xx and will be deducted from your refund. For customers outside of Switzerland and Europe there will be a xx return shipping fee which will be deducted from your refund.
Eligible items must be post marked within 30 days of shipping and must be unused, unwashed and undamaged. Items must be returned in their original packaging and with their tags still attached.
Please note that the following items are NOT eligible for return: bathing suits and intimate apparel such as lingerie. If an item is not eligible for return, this will be stated on the product description page.
If you do not receive exactly what you ordered then we will waive the return shipping fee.

If you would like to return an item for store credit instead of a refund then please let us know when you email us!
DISCOUNTS AND PROMOTIONS:
If any promotional discount was applied at the time of purchase you will not receive a refund or credit for the value of the discount. Instead, the refund or credit will be applied only to the actual amount paid at time of purchase.
CREDIT/DEBIT CARD PROBLEMS?
Edward & Lizzy will first attempt to refund the original credit/debit card that was used to make the purchase. We will contact you if the credit/debit card you used to make the purchase is expired or invalid.
